Please send query with level of indexing required (number of entries per page), number of pages, expected date final proofs will be ready, deadline for index and number of indexes needed. I will provide you with an estimate of the cost of indexing your book. For greater accuracy in pricing, please provide 2-3 sample chapters from the middle of the book.
